EARN A BUILT-IN HIGHER EDUCATION DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS (ENTERPRISE)

Year One of your Bachelor of Business will focus on core subjects, meaning you’ll finish the first year with a Higher Education Diploma in Business (Enterprise). In under 12 months, you’ll have a strong qualification to add to your CV as you continue to work on your degree.  

With a focus on the latest business technology, professional teamwork and communication skills, the diploma will set you up for success in the rest of your studies and career. You can graduate with the diploma or continue on to complete your degree. 

COURSE STRUCTURE AND SUBJECTS

To successfully graduate from the Bachelor of Business, students are required to complete 288 credit points:

• 120 credit points of Core units + the Higher Education Diploma in Business (Enterprise)
• 72 credit points from the Supply Chain and Logistics, Marketing or Management and Innovation specialisations
• 96 credit points of specialisation studies:
  • Human Resource Development
  • Managing People
  • Employee and Workplace Relations
  • Diversity and Wellbeing
  • People Systems
  • Managing Organisational Change
  • My Professional Brand
  • Professional Business Project

WHAT ARE CREDIT POINTS?

‘Credit points’ are the value that each subject contributes towards your Bachelor of Business course. Most subjects at VU are 12 credit points towards the 288 total credit points you need to graduate from this program.

  1. Final degree certificate - HSC, CBSE, ICSE, AISSC or any other standard xii certificate
  2. Secondary/high school marksheet
  3. Marksheet(s)/official transcripts from all accredited colleges or universities attended for students wishing to apply for transfer credits
  4. Aadhaar card or PAN card

• Proof of English proficiency if necessary

ADMISSIONS CRITERIA

• You must have graduated from an accredited high school with a result of at least 60%.

• Applicants are required to provide evidence of English language proficiency to be considered for admission. Applicants can prove eligibility as outlined in our admissions process.
• Evidence of having completed a minimum 2 years of academic study in the medium of English no more than 2 years prior to commencing.

• If an applicant has completed academic study in the medium of English more than 2 years prior to commencing, the applicant must provide evidence of completing an approved English language proficiency test.
